Delivery option:
All orders will be shipped registered parcel via the Russian Post. You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking for 5 days. The estimated delivery date is 45 days. Please allow this period before requesting a non-receipt of your order. If you non-receipt of your order for that period we refund of order and shipping cost.
Instructions for the return / Exchange of orders:
To register a return/exchange, you must send mail to info@keepmovingrecords.com. After that, we will contact you and agree on a method for returning/exchanging goods. If a disc is defective it can be returned for a replacement copy, a refund, or credit, whichever you prefer. Returns must be made within 50 days of the invoice or the guarantee will be void. It is possible to cancel an order via email. Send us an email at info@keepmovingrecords.com and request to have your order canceled.
